Welcome to Cognify Global. Your privacy is critically important to us, and we are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how Cognify Global collects, uses, and discloses information about you through our digital platforms, including our website, mobile applications, and online services (collectively, the "Services").

“Services”) or visit the Cognify website, www.cognifyglobal.com, and any other websites, applications,
including Cognify Connect, and online services that we operate and that include a link to this Policy
(collectively, the “Websites”). and explains how we collect, use, and protect that information. This Policy
applies to Cognify’s collection, use, processing, storage, and transfer of information from the Websites. For
purposes of this Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to the Websites include email correspondence
of Cognify’s online forms and other electronic messages between you and the Websites or the Services.
By using any of the Websites or Services, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy in effect at the
time of use. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use any of the Websites
or Services.
Throughout this Policy, we refer to the term “Personal Information.” “Personal Information” means data
which identifies, describes, is associated with, or for which an individual’s identity may reasonably be
determined, such as a name, birthdate, postal address, email address, telephone number, driver’s license
number, Social Security Number or other government-issued identification number, credit card number, or
other unique identifiers. It does not include information publicly available, such as information appearing
in federal, state, or local records.
Personal Information does not include anonymous or aggregated data that can no longer be used to identify
a specific person, even if combined with other data. Also, we may collect information related to businesses,
companies, institutions, or other entities rather than individuals (“Business Information”). We do not
consider Business Information, such as title, employer’s name, work email, work phone number, work
address, and other similar business information, to be Personal Information.
In some jurisdictions certain Personal Information is considered “Sensitive Personal Information.”
“Sensitive Personal Information” includes your racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or
philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data used to identify a person,
health-related data, and sexual orientation.
Information We Collect or Process:
When you use or access the Websites or Services, we may collect Personal Information directly from you,
such as the following:
• Identifiers, such as name, email address, mailing address, and phone number.
• Information you submit when you contact us through the Websites or Services.
• Information regarding employment opportunities, work engagements, or right-to-work
confirmations.
• Financial information such as invoicing, bank account and billing information.• Resumes, CVs, work history, qualifications, role preferences, and compensation expectations.
• Transaction information, such as when and where the transactions occur, the names of the
transacting parties, a description of the transactions, the payment amounts, and the devices and
payment methods used to complete the transactions.
We collect information about you and the devices you use to access the Websites and Services, such as

device name, unique device identifier, mobile network information, and information about the
device’s interaction with our Services

technologies to learn more about how visitors use the Websites and as part of our marketing

Website Analytics
We may use various technologies to learn more about how visitors use the Websites, such as Google
Analytics. Google Analytics uses cookies to help us analyze how visitors use the Websites. The information
generated by the cookies about your use of the Websites includes your IP address. If you so choose, you
may be able to opt out by turning off cookies in the preferences settings in your browser. For more

Third Party Service Providers, Marketing, and Advertising
Some content or applications, including advertisements, on the Websites are served by third parties,
including advertisers, ad networks and servers, content providers and application providers. We use
Facebook and LinkedIn cookies for purposes of targeted advertising of our products and services we think
may be of interest to you and to allow you to interact directly with our social media and to enable you to
share content with your networks. The information that third-party cookies collect may be associated with
your Personal Information or they may collect information, including Personal Information, about your
online activities over time and across different websites and other online services (i.e., tracking such
activities). They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or
other targeted content. We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be
used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the

Managing and Blocking Cookies
Through browser settings, you can manage or block the use of cookies. In addition, you can use opt-out

Candidate information is collected and processed for the purpose of presenting candidates to hiringorganizations authorized by Cognify to access such information (“Authorized Hiring Organizations”) for
consideration for potential employment opportunities through the Websites and Services, including the
Cognify Connect platform. Authorized Hiring Organizations may be able to view candidate profiles,
including contact information, and may use such information to contact candidates directly regarding
potential employment opportunities.
Children’s Information
Our Websites and Services are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information
from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us
with Personal Information without your consent, please contact us by using the information in the Contact
Information section, below, and we will take steps to remove such Personal Information from our systems.
Data Transfers
We will only transfer Personal Information outside the United States for the reasons described in
Information We Collect or Process section above.
Your Rights in Relation to Your Personal Information
You may have the certain legal rights in relation to our use of your Personal Information.
