A leading industrial automation systems integrator, located in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a software engineer with experience in designing and implementing manufacturing information systems, including SCADA, databases, HMIs, and distributed systems such as Rockwell FactoryTalk, Ignition, Wonderware Archestra, and Siemens. The candidate should have experience integrating PLC-based control systems with applications such as Process Monitoring, Traceability, OEE, MES, Quality, and ERP systems. Key Qualifications and Skills: • BS or MS degree in Computer/Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field • 4+ years of experience designing and implementing manufacturing information systems and HMIs • Experience with manufacturing information systems from Rockwell Automation, Inductive Automation Ignition, Wonderware, and/or Siemens • Experience with Rockwell Automation PanelView and similar HMI products • Experience with SQL Server or Oracle databases • Experience with Ethernet/IP and other industrial networks • Programming experience with .NET, C#, and SQL Server • A desire to become a subject matter expert and team leader with increasing responsibilities The company offers competitive compensation based on skills and experience.
