A leading company is seeking a PLC Automation Project Engineer with experience in designing and commissioning industrial automation controls. In this role, you will be an integral team member, implementing PLC applications, HMIs, drive systems, and information solutions for large manufacturing customers. We are looking for a capable, creative, and self-motivated professional who wants to build a career in automation systems integration. Key Qualifications and Interests: • BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer/Software Engineering, or a related field • 4+ years of experience designing, programming, and commissioning PLC systems • PLC and HMI experience with Rockwell Automation and/or Siemens • Experience with VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) and motion control • A desire to become a subject matter expert or team leader with increasing responsibilities Additional Experience or Skills Considered a Plus: • Experience with manufacturing information systems from Rockwell Automation, Siemens, Ignition, Wonderware, or similar solutions • Familiarity with Ethernet/IP and other industrial networks • Experience with machine vision systems and data collection technologies (e.g., barcodes, RFID) The company offers competitive compensation based on skills and experience.
