About the Role:
I am currently seeking a Digital Transformation Specialist on behalf of a client in the automation and controls industry. This exciting opportunity is perfect for a professional passionate about driving innovation, integrating advanced technologies, and transforming industrial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Implementation
Collaborate with clients to design and execute digital transformation strategies tailored to automation and controls applications.
Integrate IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) solutions into existing infrastructure.
Develop data-driven workflows to improve efficiency and decision-making capabilities.
Technical Expertise
Leverage platforms such as Ignition, SCADA, and MES to create unified automation ecosystems.
Ensure solutions meet industry standards for data security, compliance, and scalability.
Employ advanced analytics tools to derive actionable insights from system data.
Client Collaboration & Support
Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of digital projects.
Provide ongoing training and support to operators and technicians on new systems.
Build lasting client relationships to foster trust and long-term collaboration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in automation, controls, or digital transformation.
Strong familiarity with IIoT platforms, industrial protocols, and data integration.
Experience with Ignition, SCADA, MES, or similar systems is a must.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles for industrial networks.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to adapt to dynamic client environments and propose innovative solutions.
