Are you a creative problem-solver with a passion for mechanical design? We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to help drive innovation in advanced automated solutions.
In this role, you’ll lead the design of complex machinery—from initial concept through production. You’ll collaborate with a skilled team of engineers and technical experts to deliver equipment that exceeds expectations for performance, safety, and reliability.
What You’ll Do
Design and develop mechanical, electro-mechanical, and pneumatic systems for automated equipment
Create and maintain detailed engineering drawings, BOMs, and documentation to support manufacturing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype, test, and validate new designs
Drive innovation through research, experimentation, and root cause analysis
Provide technical support to production, purchasing, sales, and service teams
Ensure compliance with performance standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements
Take ownership of complex projects with minimal supervision
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
5–7 years of experience designing capital equipment in a manufacturing environment
Proven background in OEM automated machinery
Proficiency in 3D CAD and mechanical dimensioning of parts and assemblies
Strong skills in common office software and engineering documentation
A hands-on, collaborative engineer who loves bringing ideas to life
