CSIA 2025 – Connections, Insights, and the Future of Automation
Last week, Justin and I had the pleasure of attending the CSIA Conference 2025 in sunny San Diego - and it didn’t disappoint. As always, the Control System Integrators Association brought together a brilliant mix of industry leaders, innovative thinkers, and the kind of conversations that leave you inspired and motivated.
From start to finish, the conference was packed with high-value content. We sat in on powerful sessions covering the latest trends in system integration, industrial automation, and digital transformation. Several talks stood out - especially those that explored the changing talent landscape in engineering and how integrators can build future-ready teams.
Of course, some of the best moments happened outside the sessions - over coffee, lunch, or just chance introductions in the halls. We met some fantastic people: forward-thinking integrators, vendors pushing the boundaries of technology, and even a few clients we’ve been working with virtually for years but hadn’t yet met in person.
